Our rates are based on a "workbench approach" where a service technician places your unit on the workbench, opens the unit and inspects the unit for damage and necessary repair.

Our rates are as follows:

  • $75 per hour PLUS parts
  • $45 deposit required on all non-warranty units (non-refundable) deducted from final balance
  • Bill of sale required on all warranty units
  • Estimates must be verbally requested when dropping off unit or shipped
  • RUSH requests are $50 additional per hour PLUS parts. RUSH requests over two hours of workbench time are taken off rush.

Turnaround and Estimates

Triple S requires 5-10 business days to evaluate your unit for repair on the workbench. Once evaluated, if the unit does not require parts to be ordered, it may be completed on the workbench in 1-2 business days.

Estimates are by request only, if you require an estimate before proceeding with repairs, please verify with a service representative before processing your order.

Ordering necessary parts from a manufacturer may take a few additional business days. From time to time, parts may be back ordered from the manufacturer and will take longer.

If a RUSH is requested, the unit will only be moved to the workbench in priority ahead of other units in the queue. If parts need to be ordered for that unit, a RUSH will not guarantee that the unit will be serviced faster. Parts may be shipped overnight at customer expense to expedite the repair.

Physical Damage

Physical damage is NEVER covered under warranty. Physical damage is defined as sustained damage to any part of the unit from dropping, or impact related problems (non-electrical). We can still repair the unit, but please be advised that a unit's warranty may be voided from physical damage requiring the customer to be charged for repair at normal rates (listed above).

Some examples of physical damage are— a unit's power input damaged from somebody tripping over the cord; physically broken keyboard keys; liquid spills causing circuit problems, weather related extremities (corrosion, water damage, etc.), blown speakers from excessive power usage.

No Failure Found

We will make every effort to replicate the stated failure with the unit to evaluate and repair. If we are unable to replicate the problem stated, the deposit is still non-refundable. Most manufacturers' warranty policies do not cover "No Failure Found."

Payment

Full balance payment is required before units are returned to the servicee. Credit cards, money orders, certified bank checks and cash only. Personal checks are not accepted.

In-home Service

Remote home or business service calls are available for digital pianos or items too large to ship or move to our facility. Public address systems, large digital pianos and organs and other types of In-home service call terms are covered on our Digital Piano In-home Service page.
